He was graduated from University of Peradeniya in 2007 and earned a PhD in seed biology from University of Kentucky in 2013. He is passionate about raising environmental awareness to conserve nature for our future generations.

She is passionate about sustainable consumption and production in order to preserve the resources for future generations.

Samantha Dissanayaka is a Senior Lecturer attached to the Department of Crop Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya. Graduated from the same University in 2011 and completed the PhD in Hiroshima University, Japan in 2018. His key interest is on developing environmental-friendly agronomic practices to enhance crop productivity in different cropping systems under global environmental change.

Dinushika is a Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Peradeniya. She graduated from the University of Colombo in 2018 and is currently reading for her MA in Sociology in the field of Environmental Sociology. She is keen on identifying environmental management tools at the societal level and applying integrated knowledge to find solutions to environmental issues. Raising environmental consciousness through a multidisciplinary approach is a concern for her.
